Kooomo Debuts Interactive Touchscreens at MotoGP Race Weekend in Jerez

Reading Time: 2 minutes

Last month, we announced that Kooomo was now officially powering MotoGP’s official online store, having migrated and relaunched the eshop on the Kooomo platform in a record-breaking 4 weeks!

Now, we’ve taken MotoGP’s online shopping experience to the next level, by showcasing interactive touchscreens at this weekend’s race at Circuito de Jerez, Spain, alongside our sister agency, Zerogrey. These screens enable VIP Village visitors to easily buy official MotoGP merchandise, offering a truly unique and seamless shopping experience – the first of its kind for the brand!

Check out the interactive screens in action:

The implementation of these touchscreens at the race weekend has opened up a brand new retail opportunity for MotoGP – now visitors of the VIP Village can purchase official merchandise while at the event, and have orders delivered directly to their homes. Inventory is synchronised in real-time through warehouse management tools directly within the Kooomo platform, so running out of stock at the event won’t ever be a problem!

We’re proud to be working with MotoGP as they innovate the new frontier of eCommerce and retail at full throttle – watch this space for more updates on future event collaborations…

The future of retail is now. If you’re interested in integrating interactive touchscreens into your bricks and mortar store to offer customers a truly omnichannel experience, we can help! Get in touch to find out how you can follow in MotoGP’s footsteps.
