Now, we’ve taken MotoGP’s online shopping experience to the next level, by showcasing interactive touchscreens at this weekend’s race at Circuito de Jerez, Spain, alongside our sister agency, Zerogrey. These screens enable VIP Village visitors to easily buy official MotoGP merchandise, offering a truly unique and seamless shopping experience – the first of its kind for the brand!

Kooomo’s omnichannel technology enables MotoGP to offer a bespoke catalogue and promotion to visitors, while scan and pay through Amazon Pay lets customers complete purchases through their mobile phones with a QR code, maintaining the highest level of payment security, while offering a frictionless checkout experience.
The implementation of these touchscreens at the race weekend has opened up a brand new retail opportunity for MotoGP – now visitors of the VIP Village can purchase official merchandise while at the event, and have orders delivered directly to their homes. Inventory is synchronised in real-time through warehouse management tools directly within the Kooomo platform, so running out of stock at the event won’t ever be a problem!
